Rustic, boho wedding in Pepin, WI.
After 5 years of dating, Anika and Bryan had the most magical engagement. Bryan went to visit Anika while she was studying abroad in New Zealand. While there together, Bryan popped the question on top of a mountain... Sounds absolutely breath taking to us! Good work, Bryan!
Anika and Bryan let their personalities shine through with their wedding decor. They went with a rustic, boho feel. They created their wedding day look using lots of greenery, antiques, and paisley designs.
We cannot get enough of these beautiful details! We are living for the floral suspenders, her bouquet is so darn swoon worthy, and that denim jacket is everything! Plus, bonus points for finding a way to make masks cute for a COVID wedding. Trendy and safe!
Anika's advice to future brides is:
I would recommend is stopping by every table and saying hello to them- I missed one table and still feel bad I didn't say hello!
Anika also recommends not having an open bar before the ceremony. They thought this would be a fun and unique way to start their wedding celebration... but unfortunately guests were rushed to find their seats in time for the ceremony. Because of this, several people missed the unplugged ceremony sign and didn’t grab the programs with bubbles on them. She suggests having your officiant remind your guests to turn off their phones during the ceremony in case the sign gets overlooked!
Anika and Bryan, your day looked like an absolute dream. Thank you for sharing your story with us!
